  • Simpson Law and Title's Service Solution Group teams with award winning Colorado based software solution provider Mortgage Cadence to enhance Fullfillment Product Offering.

  • Successful representation of Business Client in sales tax audit.  Case dervied from clients lured to the cleverly advertised "Sales Tax Firms" promising refunds and representation on contingent fee basis or flat fee represenation.  With the case jeapordized,, Simpson Law Representation covered 3 audits started at different times while being assigned to different agents.  SimpsonLaw was sucessful in the consolidation of all audits.  Succesfully recovered more than $180,000 in incorrectly assessed sales tax.
